Which products are not eligible for returns?

The following table contains a list of products that are not eligible for returns as per Returns Policy:

Product Category: Food and Nutrition

Grains, Flours, Cereals, Pulses, Edible Oils, Fruits, Vegetables, Spices & Condiments, Drinks, Health Supplements, Syrups, Dairy Products and other edible products

Note: Except Subscription Services, no cancellation requests will be entertained for normal product purchase, owing to nature of such products.

How to Cancel a Subscription Service of Product(s) which was subscribed for a period of time?

• Requests received later than 3 business days prior to the start of the upcoming subscription period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next (further to upcoming) subscription period.

• No cancellation in middle of current subscription cycle.
